It works, but it has problems

Sometimes that doesn’t even do the trick. I trade stocks sometimes. A phone with a touchscreen that freezes regularly is a huge pain when you need to take action quickly!

Not up to Best Buy's quality

They are usually in excellent quality, and function properly. It seems like this phone came from a 3rd party supplier. The phone had dents, dirt, scratches, and the screen was obviously a replacement. There were problems from the start. The phone would randomly shut off, and the audio was really soft on max volume. I tried to return, and was charged $35 restocking fee even as an Elite Plus member. I recommend skipping used phones for now.

I was buying this phone for my son, and I was looking for an IPhone 6 not IPhone 6s. After receiving the order It turned out to be IPhone 6s. But I decided so what it shouldn’t matter. But in a month my son started noticing that the phone was losing charge faster than it should, and sometimes turning off even if it had %50 charge. Now that we are three months in the phone won’t start even if in charge. This was a very bad phone and my money wasted!!!
