No original USB cable and USB power adapter . The touch screen works slowly . Having scratches in 4 edges . Camera works ok .

The phone came in wonderful condition! You couldn’t tell it was used unless yo looked very very close up to see a little ware! It was a great deal and good find!

AWESOME PHONE WAS LIKE THE DAY IT LEFT THE FACTORY, SOME VERY VERY SMALL SCRATCHES WHERE THE RECHARGE PORT. I REALLY HAD TO LOOK HARD TO EVEN SEE THEM AT ALL.

I was worried about having problems, knowing that there is a "stocking fee" if it needs to go back. I find this ridiculous by the way. But my daughter has not had any problems so far and the phone works great. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Phone was in very good condition for the first 2 weeks, but right after the 14-day refund timeline, it started acting up and now the battery will not hold the charge for more than 1 hour. So sad! I chose Best Buy instead of a local store for (hopefully) a better product and was immediately disappointed.

Battery died and did not work after 5 weeks of usage. Paid 50 extra to replace it at Apple

This is my 1st cell phone. Still having problems signing in to get games. Everything is so tiny to look at. I hope I will get use to it. I forgot which sign-on to use to get solitaire . Wish me good luck

I bought this phone to use it as a second one, but I did not care the memory will be so low that it will erase some of my files on my iCloud synchronizing with my 64 gb one. That is my bad. Overall, the phone work great

1. Buy this phone only if you think you have chances to win lottery, because one in million with get a good phone. 2. After reading the reviews still i bought it.. thats the mistake.. i think others will also do the same to check their luck. 3. Even if you want to return you might not be able to return. Read the return terms before you buy.

I needed a replacement cell phone without paying $700 or more and this unlocked cell number fit the bill. The phone is in excellent condition. This was a great purchase.

I bought this iPhone from best buy and it's pretty good for its price. The battery hours are great. Everything functions as it's supposed to.

I bought two iPhone 6 from bestbuy they were preowned certified. One was good the other was bad. Luckily I tried them before giving them to granddaughters for Christmas. Unluckily there was none anyhere within 250 mile radious. Manager tried to help by selling me a prepaid phone but it wouldn’t work with my carrier even though website said it would.

It was too dirty when receiving, its used but still from bestbuy, didn’t expect !

Phone met all my expectations. It was easy to set up. The sim card from my android fit and so it was a simple process to transfer pictures and contact information.

It would not turn on when the Verizon customer service person was going install sims card and up load all my contacts for me. It took till sometime over night to charge and then died in less than 5 mins even though it showed a full charge. It was easy to return to store but is going to take almost 2weeks to get a replacement to me.

Must admit I was a little nervous about buying a used iphone for my daughter. Nor did I have a plan, i got an unlocked phone. But to my relief it works great and had no trouble getting it set up.

i bought the phone for my dad and im sure that he can use it without issues. apple has always made products that are the paragon of simplicity, beauty, and functionality.
