    The CC warranty that is responsible for this phone once it is sent to you is a complete joke. Dont get involved with it because if you are sent a defective phone it is the biggest pain to deal with. Best buy wont accept it as a return.

    This was a defective phone. The camera flash and the flashlight did not work. Also, there were battery problems. The phone would be fully charged and die as soon as I took one picture. Definitely not a certified product!

    I had my carrier activate the phone with the sim card. Sim worked but phone didn't. I called apple support and the man told me there was a software issue and I had to use a computer to activate it. I told him I didn't have a computer and he asked if I could go to a friends house and use theirs, in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic. This was the first and last apple product I ever bought. Returned the phone and the guys a Best Buy were amazing. I was able to take it back to the store without being charged a restocking fee because it was defective.

    Was a little skeptical on making this purchase. Received iPhone 6 quickly from Florida (1 wk) and I work in remote Alaska. Item shows minimal wear only on bottom; screen and back perfect. Holds charge well and seems now to work as if new. Hope this keeps up. Very happy so far. Turned out to be a good deal for me, not paying bank for decent phone.
