    The phone I ordered looked brand new but once I put a SIM card in and tried to use it I’ve noticed many glitches and random shut offs the phone is horrible and I can’t figure out why, it also has the newest update so I don’t know what’s the deal

    drove fr Venice near4:30 pm to Compton - back home to T mobile - 1 1/2 hours - then to Best buy on Sawtelle till closing time 9:30 - spoke with T mobile specialists all efforts failed to make the phone call a number. Half a day wasted!!!!

    This Refurbished Phone was already used to it’s fullest potential. Had a bad experience while returning to Best Buy store. They applied restocking fee for my purchase.
