Camera did not work. In the process of sorting out a return/exchange. Very frustrating, to say the least.

I received one with a bad battery and had to return it. Then I reordered another one and again, it had a battery with poor health. After talking on the phone with their customer service for an hour I learned that Best Buy doesn't care if they are selling a substandard product and will continue to do so. Worst tech buying experience of my life.

Disappointed...order is not fulfilled by Best Buy but rather a 3rd Party. Phone condition was great and looked brand new. However, arrived with a defective battery and doesn't maintain a charge. Because it's a 3rd party, there appears to be a different return party. I'll upgrade the review once Best Buy takes care of this issue.

This phone cannot hold a charge. Unfortunately bought this phone for my son before he went away to camp. By the time he got back from camp it was too late to return this defective, frustrating product. This is my first bad experience with a refurbished product. Very disappointing.

I've just got my shipment. I put it on charging, but it did not take any charging at all. I'm surprise as to why Best Buy sold this product to customers. Don't they care about customers any more? There are millions of competitors out there and I won't come back to Best Buy any more.

I received a default phone. The battery dies ridiculously quickly. When I returned it, I was charged 35 dollars restocking fee. I ended up paying 35 dollars for nothing.

I ordered this item. As per description it flawless. But when you will see it shipped with Android box, no ear plugs , copy charger. and low grade charging cable. I don't know how it will feel. As it's missing the ear plugs I managed to return it. If in you case you don't get that option , forget about you money. it's gone!!

Scale: 6.5/10 bad battery.drain really fast.will not buy from this guy again.

Vendor who refurbishes phones for Best Buy should be held responsible! No adhesive on battery to the phone case; so battery moved around in the phone case and caused battery to burn. Central control mgmt. chip also defective. Zero help from Best Buy or CCR warranty. They told us to go to Apple for help??? Best Buy leaves a bad impression with this customer! I'll never shop there again.

I had to return this item. The battery couldn’t hold a charge.

I have used this phone for 5 years and just replaced the battery. Meets my needs.
