Phone screen went out 2 1/2 months after purchase. One day it started flickering and the next it worked again. Two days later I have a pink and blue screen. I will never purchase a refurbished phone from best buy. I should have listened to warnings.

I Returned it. It was definitely defective!Not happy

The phone stopped working a couple weeks after receiving ! It turns off in my face and can’t use it unless it’s on the charger. Haven’t been able to talk to customer service because they are to busy so.

The place to insert my phone chip was bent, and I couldn't set up the phone properly, even with Best Buy help from staff so I returned the phone. It appeared to be heavily used.

After purchasing g we realized the speakers don’t work. When you return it they was a restock fee which is so wrong. I’ll never buy anything refurbished again. Very disappointed and stuck with the phone

Do not get this Item, it has too many scratches and scuffs that it is not worth it. It is overpriced for the item, when you can get it off a third party seller for cheaper and better condition.

Very bad quality . Don't buy it online always ask to deliver it to store and check it in the store to make sure its working . Or you will have to pay $45 fees.

This was my first best buy pre-owned purchase and was highly dissatisfied...the phones came out of their box and the actual box they came in were all squished .... Took it right back

I was expecting receive a cellphone and its charger both from Apple, I got surprised and I saw a lg charger instead. The callings are not clear, they are too low, even on the maximum volume I can’t hear well.

This item was defective. They sent sent a replacement, it also was defective. STILL waiting on refund. Purchased a brand new iPhone 6s from cricket, cheaper than these garbage refurbished phones.

Battery condition was not checked before this phone resold to an unsuspecting customer like me. Best Buy continues to be a disappointing merchant

Total garbage, don’t ever buy used phones from Best Buy. Unless you want to pay $45.00 restocking fee. Great disappointment. Never again.

Phone stopped working after 3 months. We can see the Apple sign but everything else on the screen is black. Never buying pre-owned again.

Won't get on wifi unless you restart it, every time. Won't perform a task, just crashes and closes a few seconds after starting.

Home button did not work. Took it to pics repair shop to replace for $60, Shop reported water damage is what did it. Only had phone 1 day!

The I phone 6s I ordered was missing pieces and was in terrible conditions. I can’t believe they would even sell something so dirty.

I need it to be replaced . I had take it but it seems that greek squad thought it was small thing but it keep freezing.
