When the item came it was not even in a box it was delivered in a plastic envelope that is mostly used for items that are not that fragile, but this was an iPhone so I was a little shocked at that, when I opened it there was a very thin box that the phone was in and it looked as though it came from some 3rd party seller through BestBuy but I do not for one second believe that it came from a BestBuy store/warehouse itself, when I opened the box I saw the phone and it had some oversized rubbery screen protector which I'm still confused as to why they even bothered because it had a lot of scratches on it already, all over it as a matter of fact, the worst isn't over yet because I then noticed that the screen is cracked in the corner, I payed $400 for a pre-owned iPhone in supposedly "EXCELLENT" condition and that's not what was delivered to me, next time I will just save my money and wait for another paycheck and go to the Apple store directly, do not buy & save your money.

Phone came 2 days early, only had a minor scratch on the display, other than that the body was perfect, no problems getting my tmobile sim card to work. No battery issues thus far. It came with an off brand charger and no headphones.

Shipping was fast, received in 2 days(I upgraded the shipping), the phone looked brand new with no scratches or cracks, after getting it home from switching everything over from my old phone I got onto my apps and realized my front facing camera was not working, I called the customer service and the hold time was 22 min, but the lady was nice and they are sending a new phone and a prepaid shipping label to ship back the defective one and it's expected to be here in 3 days.

Buying any electronic device, especially phones, is always a gambit to be made, especially when you do it online. Not only does the phone I received not charge correctly, it will hang around a certain percentage for almost an hour before it even moves up. It dies quicker than it charges, even draining while plugged in. It sat at 7% for more than an hour before I unplugged it, only for it to drop to 2% within seconds of just tapping the screen. It's amazing how fast it dies compared to it charging. Charging issue aside, the screen is already messed up, with what seems to be water residue sitting beneath the screen. I don't notice it when the screen is on, but it's not something to overlook. I'll try my hand at refunding or replacing the phone, but heed my advice and just get a phone in person rather than online. Save yourself the trouble.

I hesitated on buying a 64gb iPhone from this company due to all the horrible reviews. But I honestly don’t have a problem with my phone I appreciate the honesty and respect of this phone. I will not buy another refurbished phone from your company though.

Do not get phones from here. Mine crashed right after the 14 day return policy, literally right after. They stated there was nothing they could do and the phone had crashed completely. They made me feel small for it not being the newest model as well, like I had money to buy that after this incident. I basically flushed money down the toilet and then had to buy another phone elsewhere

I purchased my rose gold iPhone 6s on 7/31/2020. It arrived on time, which I was very impressed with, on 8/13/2020. When I got home from a trip so I could activate it, it started up immediately and was working like a brand new phone! It worked fantastic for a while, but about two weeks after I got it the finger print unlock started acting up, choosing when it wanted to unlock. I restarted the phone and it started working every time after that. On 9/24/2020 I was leaving my house to and my phone started to update at about 6pm ( I had asked it to update, but it said it wouldn't until it was connected to a charger.) it was not connected to a charger but I didn't think about it much. After the IOS 14 was done updating it said my phone was dead, which I kind of expected, updates drain the battery. When I got home I plugged it in it flashed the apple start up screen before going black, I left it for 20 minutes hoping it would turn on. It wouldn't start up I tried to do a hard reset, which didn't work, and the screen continued to flash the start up screen before going black. I left the phone over night, hoping if I didn't touch it that it would start up again, but it didn't. On the evening of 9/25/2020 I had a little hope because the dead battery page started to show up if I hit the home button, so I though maybe it was just the battery, or my charger. I tried a few peoples chargers but it didn't work, and I cleaned out the charging port, still wouldn't work, I even changed the box I was using for my cord and it wouldn't work. I made an appointment with geek squad hoping to get a battery replacement, but when I showed up they did some test and said it was the circuit board, which means I need a whole new phone. Which would cost about $300, almost double what I paid for. I would NOT recommend this phone or company to anyone.

Waited a week before I completed review to be sure no issues phone still work just like new. I took pictures instantly, set up, and played speaker everything worked great right out the box. It also came when it stated so. I was skeptical and started to order higher priced one didn't want it to be scratched up bad but I'm glad i went for the cheaper one this phone amazed me how great it looked. No scratches.

Besides waiting 15 days without a phone, I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it. Phone has no cosmetic damage, the battery charges fully and lasts, and the sound quality is perfect. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Best Buy.

The iPhone 6s was the best! And is still a large contender for apple. With its 2 gigs of ram and a strong chipset you can do everything that you could do with the newer iPhones. It still is maintaining good battery life after all these years. Would definitely recommend!

I Purchased this refurbished iphone for my moms birthday and it only lasted her a month and half!!!! The screen turned black and as of right now my mother has been with out a phone for a week. I called Best buy and went to the store and they did NOTHING for me at all !!! all because its been more then 15 days... the returned policy should be diffrent for refurbished phones! I never thought i was gonna buy a phone that only last me less then 2 months. $171 lost just like that!! NEVER TRUST REFURBISHED PHONES!! What am i supposed to do with this phone now??

I am currently using an Iphone 6, and though I am VERY jealous of the newer iPhones I have to work with what I got. This phone does not break easily, whatsoever. Believe me, If it did, I would be on my sixth phone by now. The screen is plenty big enough and everything else about the phone is top-notch. The only downside is I can't download ALL the apps I want. I have to have the 13.0 update, which my phone won't allow, so that's a bummer. But, overall, a great phone.

Great price for what you get, battery lasted 3 years in good condition.

The phone worked fine at first when we received it in August. But starting in October the phone would die fast and take a long time to charge. Now it’s November and the phone is completely dead and will not charge at all. So now I have a dead phone that only lasted 4 months.

My phone arrived dead and wouldn't charge. In addition, it was messy, they didn't bother to wipe it off. It had mild scratches on the screen. I was surprised that this was actually being sold by a third party, not Best Buy. Now I have to send this back on my own dime and wait who knows how long with no assurance I'll get anything better. Horrible decision by Best Buy to use this company.

The phone seemed to be in decent condition initially. After a setting it up, we noticed that the battery was completely failing and the charging port wouldn’t always work. We ended up returning it.

Phone operates very slowly, strong delay before receiving messages.

Not happy with my purchase. Phone came with cosmetic blemishes (several dings along the side). Can't return the phone without having to pay $35 restocking fees. My first and last "pre-own" phone purchase from Best Buy.
