Was legitimately impressed with the condition of the phone when it arrived. Was expecting at least a few dings/ scratches. But the phone looks brand new. Haven't given it to my dad yet but hoping it works great for him!

I've been very happy with this phone. It does everything I want. It worked perfectly out of the box and I saved a bundle by going with a preowned device.

while I was hesitant to buy a pre-owned phone, it was substantially less expensive than a new one and indeed, in mint, "excellent" condition. No problems with it so far and it has a one year warranty, although think it's with Best Buy, not Apple.

It’s 2 1/2 years old phone, so don’t expect too much! Just a little hair scratch on the back which gonna be cover by the case anyway. No scratch on the screen, so I’m totally happy with it! Great purchase. I would say 95/100 conditions or like new.

I decided to buy another preowned phone from Best Buy since the one I had before was also preowned and in excellent condition. This phone was also in excellent condition looks like new and definitely worth the price.

The phone is fine. Not sure there's anything I can say about the iPhone 7 that would be new to anyone However, this phone being advertised as unlocked is the biggest issue. It's not unlocked. It only works with certain carriers. Not Sprint or Verizon. They should not advertise it in the title as being unlocked when it's not.

This phone has served me well. Although i bought it perused, it came looking good as new and worked pretty much the same. It has aged well; hoping I can use it another year until I can afford a new one.

Needed an unlocked phone for travel abroad, as well as as in the USA, but zero budget for brand new. This one has no scratches , and says that genuine Apple components were used in refurbishment. Set up was quick, number moved successfully....no problems at all!

The pre-owned phone has no scratches, dent, or markings. It looks perfectly new and works great! Set up was easy too. I am very satisfied with this purchase and will purchase another in a month or so if still available.

The phone has some scratches on the size and you can hear very low you will need to put it on speaker

Good condition and excellent value for the price. I recommend purchases of reconditioned electronics from Best Buy. I have bought several items that were reconditioned that have been excellent.

I had to buy another charger. The one it came with didn't work.

Purchase was okay. Getting it activated was another story. Battery life at 74%. Wouldn’t do it again!
