Excellent for a work phone ! I really recommend this iPhone regardless what anyone says lol ! Ty Best Buy for this buy smart buy

The whole experience with getting this phone at Best Buy was disappointing. Please note no APPLE charger is provided with the purchase. Also the box I got was beaten and I was forced to buy an open phone case with the device at no discount. 10/10 would not buy at Best Buy again. But the phone itself is a 6/10.

The iphone is not “unlocked”, it is an AT&T phone, so you cannot bring it to any carrier.

Grandson was so excited to receive this phone, Very happy, he set it up himself.

This phone was meant for my son and for him, breaking phones is no feat. Thus here we are 13 phones deep yet he still has this one, So I would rate it pretty good. Yippee

It came as advertised in excellent condition. Went to AAT store and purchased SIM card and walked out with a brand new working phone. No problems since then.

The phone with no damages, but it was not able to read the SIM card. It gave an error saying that an update failed therefore I couldn’t use my data. I had to call apple support and they told me that they were having this same issue with all of these models. They said they will fix the phone for free but I had to travel out of the city to Indianapolis or Chicago to get it fixed. Luckily I was already planning to go to Chicago that weekend. But for others it could be a big inconvenience.

Overall the phone is great. The only thing is that the battery dies way too quick.

Just recently received pre owned iPhone 7 looks amazing. My son will be super excited when he opens it on Christmas morning. Thank you Best Buy for keeping our family up to speed on all our electronic needs.

Phone it self is clean but out of the box only had a 84% battery life capacity.

Phone is great. In good condition, no signs of wear and tear. Go ahead take a leap of faith, you won't regret it.

It came with scratches all over the screen. It randomly freezes and/or turns off. The home button stopped working after a month of use. Now I have to use the handicap access settings it is a pain! Can’t return it now because they make the return period too short. By the time you find out the issue it is too late and they know it! Save your money and buy something worthwhile.

The product itself was in excellent condition. The service in store was quick and pleasant. I would definitely recommend to family and friends

My son's phone died. We needed an apple phone to be compatible with all his schools programs. This was a great way to get a good enough iphone at a great price

Obviously this is a great smartphone, but having an unlocked version to allow me to easily swap SIM cards without going through any carrier is great for travel and other use.

I bought this phone for my mother as a birthday gift do it I programmed and showed her how to work and she loves it

Needed to upgrade from an old iphone 5c dinosaur. Photo quality is excellent. Great value and price. Phone was in mint condition when I received it.
