After charging all night this phone don’t keep a charge

Was able to snag up this iPhone 7 as a gift for my sister's graduation. It has no flaws and the price made it the perfect gift. She loves it!

The iPhone 7 has a lot of great features, however, this was a refurbished phone with a scratch on the front screen. When they refurbish phones, they should at least replace the screen.

I received the phone earlier than the stated date. The phone is in excellent condition and is like new. I am very happy with this purchase.

A best buy employee ordered this phone for me while I was at the Best Buy store. I was very clear that I wanted to add the phone to my existing Sprint account. No problem, I was promised that the phone would work with Sprint. Fast forward one week. Got the phone delivered to my house and I took it to the sprint store immediately to get it activated. It did not work. Took it back to the Best Buy store to get it activated there. It did not work, although it was advertised as unlocked and it was ordered by a best buy employee (on my behalf). I was not offered any compensation for Best Buy’s mistake. The manager at Best Buy only suggested to upgrade me to another model (without offering anything). I left frustrated. Best Buy lost me as a customer and I will never be back. Poor customer service and poor product. Stay away!

Ordered this item because it seemed to be a great deal. It never worked for more than 30 minutes. After two trips to the AT&T store and two trips to the Apple store I returned it to Best Buy. They told me that the model was being recalled. I confirmed this on the Appple website.
