Lasted Pretty Long for a Pre-Owned and it was nice it just didn’t come with an actual charger and headphones but that was kind of expected

We only had the phone for a month and the microphone quits working. I went to Best Buy and customer service said they could help me. I asked about seeing if geek squad could help me and she said yes but it would be over priced. She said go to to the Apple store because it has a 1yr manufacturer quarantee. We go to the Apple store and found out quarantee expired and it wasn't Best Buy that refurbished the phone it was a third party. I should have known better to purchase a refurbished phone but I thought purchasing through Best Buy I would have a better experience. Lesson learned don't but refurbished phone even through a big company. This was my son's Christmas gift. End of story the Apple store were a lot more helpful and we purchased a newer phone through them inside.

This phone was for my wife. She loves the camera and the apple operating system. Even though it is not the newest phone, it works for what she needs

Be aware when you purchase a refurb iPhone & confirm it will work on your carrier's network. Purchased an Iphone 7 and found out after purchase that it was not compatible on VZ's network because it did not support CDMA. Best Buy should list in BOLD what refurb phones work on which network. Now I know so I don't need their advise.
