I ordered this device for my ten year old son. He has been using it for nearly two weeks with no issues.

After holding out for over a decade I finally decided to become an iPhone user. I wanted to switch so that I could use Facetime. I purchased the unlocked iPhone 7 from Best Buy to get the best deal on a new-to-me phone. My shipment came ahead of schedule and the contents were exactly has promised. I took the device to the local MetroPCs to get the SIM Card for usage. Best Buy offered several options and accessories that made my gadget shopping less of a guessing game.

Good phone. The phone is always overheating and not charging..

I am enjoying this iPhone 7. It has good reaction time, a good size screen that is quite clear and it handles well.

The phone itself was fine. Looked great. However, this iPhone was sold as "unlocked" but would not work with Verizon. When I took it back to BestBuy the returns girl didn't want to take it back but the manager was understanding and gave us a full refund. Apparently unlocked doesn't necessarily mean it works with all carriers.

So far so good! There are some scratches on the outside but with a case you can’t tell!

This fun was a great replacement phone for my teenager and I got it for a good price

The phone is pre-own but came in a great condition. My daughter loves it and uses it without any technical problems.

Received the iPhone 7 with high hopes to use with my StraightTalk provider, but was very disappointed when both Best Buy and StraightTalk told me I can't use this company when it is clearly in the description of the order. Very disappointed in the quality, as well as the defective speaker. Makes a buzzing sound when used.
