No good. Do NOT buy any used iPhone 7 from Best Buy. I bought two used ones in December and by mid January both had severe issues. One now has a dead spot in the lower right quadrant (where “delete” and “return” keys tend to be) and the other’s battery drains within minutes and gets extremely hot which means they sold a product that is extremely deadly. And of course, there’s only a 2 week return window.

The phone is awesome except it’s not connecting to the internet or Bluetooth

While I realize this is a "pre-owned" phone, I did expect that the battery life would be more than 2 hours. Even when the phone is not being used, the battery is constantly draining. I am VERY disappointed with the condition of the battery. And now I have to pay $45 to return something that was defective out of the box. Terrible experience.

This Iphone is perfect for the price and works great

I needed a iPhone for a work project. I just needed to be able to use the ios software to program a few products and and iphone was the best option. This is an offline iPhone but does very connecting the wi-fi.

I should have known better because I typically don't shop w/ Best Buy but I needed a phone immediately...Fortunately they were able to send it 2 days sooner than the 2 weeks that was originally predicted(Due to CORONA). The condition of this phone was a travesty. Dings, Knicks, and worst of all...it wasn't even the original charger. The charger barely works. It causes my phone to overheat when plugged in. I really have nothing else positive to say about this phone. This will be my last time ordering from Worst Buy.

Works very well, and came clean, value for money. Good buy.

After 1 week battery said it needed service. Was not retaining a charge. Took it back to best buy and was told to contact Apple. Tried to but was put on hold for an hour and got frustrated so hung up. Contacted Geek Squad where I"'ll probably have to pay for a new battery. Didn't want an exchange because had already transferred data and no guarantee wouldn't have another similar problem. Do NOT recommend.
