The speakers were really clogged up you could hardly hear anything with them. Other than that the phone works great.

This pre owned iPhone had no battery life left, Wifi could not be enabled and it was dinged up badly in the area where the charging cord plugged in, as though someone had tried to force it in upside down. So disappointing!

I bought this item under the impression there were no issues with the phone. The phone has multiple issues it dies at almost a half of a battery as well as the speaker working poorly and it’s difficult for people to hear on the phone and through FaceTime. I will see if I can maybe get a replacement but this definitely is unacceptable and I’m highly disappointed.

I purchased 2 iphones . The First was to be unlocked wasn't. Then had it return for this iphone which was more haad to add more money. . Got this phone and it also was damages. I'm so unhappy with having to waite for a 2nd iphone whichalso didn't work. That was a 10 day timeframe without a phone I purchased. A disappointed customer.

Phone was all beat up. Don’t get me wrong yea I know they are preowned but this phone was not a decent condition.

I received the phone within two days which was convenient. I set up the phone that day but later that night the phone was acting strangely (the touch screen was not working). I did not drop the phone or get it wet so I have no idea why the screen just starting acting strange. I had to get the screen replaced the next morning. Disappointing. Since replacing the screen though I have no other complaints about the phone and everything else works accordingly.

Quality is subpar and phone arrived with multiple scratches and bad battery.

In the process of replacing..this phone stops working at any given moment. Itsy 12 year olds phone so I need a more reliable product.

Phone looked ok, but battery shuts phone down and diagnostics shows phone is only at 80 max capacity.

You can pick up unlocked phones more cheaply--but from internet resellers with uncertain reputations. This cost a bit more, but I trust that BB will stand behind it. So far, so good.

The phones screen doesn’t work half the time, it’ll be on and the screen itself shows picture but you can’t tap anything so I have to turn it off and on constantly and have to do so multiple times before the screen works again just to cut off 5 minutes later. Best Buy I want my money back or a phone that is actually in excellent condition!

The phone came in great condition no scuffs or scratches. The speakers don’t work tho!

The worst shipping experience I have ever had . My phone was expected to arrive June 5 today is June 9 and It didn’t arrive .

I’ll put this one down as lesson learned. Paid $240 plus for a phone that someone traded in for a reason it looks like. This is the second one that didn’t work. I didn’t order a 3rd one tho, ordered one from service provider for $60 more and it looks and works brand new! Bestbuy just lost a customer forever. Shouldn’t sell bad phones

The back of the phone had tracks on it from a case. Other than that no issues with usage so far. Just added it to family plan a week ago.

The first day i got the phone it was heating up very much and taking really long to charge and then 2 days after the camera had a shaking problem && i had to return it.

I got this phone delivered yesterday. The phone had zero scratches and the batterey life was at 99%. Everything worked perfectly and awesome. Dont listen to all the bad reviews

Since received I have a hard time hearing caller when on call. Due to the pandemic it has been impossible to address :(
