Purchased for my niece. Needless to say this phone. Didn’t last very long ( 2 months) started stalling and freezing

Not able to activate for 7 - 10 days so I had to return since I needed a phone asap. It took a long time to ship.

I love the case. I thought I was just getting a case and was surprised to get a shatter proof glass cover a cleaning wet wipe and a dry cloth and a guide to make sure the glass cover goes on seamless

Been a great phone and the battery has shown no signs of age/wear. Best Buy so far has been good place to buy iPhone. Only issue with this one was price too high. Should’ve come down to match other stores at time.

Purchased this phone for my daughter. Works great! My order was ready quicker than expected. Received it with no hassle. I would definitely order online again.

As i expected it is another excellent iPhone. I would always buy any iPhone product because of its quality regardless of the price. It's a guarantee for the use of many years.

This redurbished Iphone is defective. The SIM reader does not function and it has a mark on the lower left corner.

Nice Phone for the Price, as i want to give the first phone to my teenager with good features. My kid liked it, that's all it matters. Thank you BestBuy.

Battery operation is very low. Currently use same model and has 9% more.

Package came quickly enough. Phone seemed in decent shape. Microphone worked for everything EXCEPT PHONE CALLS (unless it was in speaker mode). Tried various tricks or software fixes, but the mic still wouldn't work during calls in default mode. Still, I figured for the price, I would stick with it. Then the iPhone's lighting port stopped responding to cables off and on approx 44 days after purchase (and 26 days outside of the return window). Now it has altogether stopped responding to cables and the phone is about to die for good. I've tried checking for dust, etc. The cables are fine because they still work with our other iPhones. Best Buy needs to do a better job of checking these pre-owned phones before shipping them off to new owners.

This phone worked great for the first week or 2. We started having issues with it reading the SIM card. About a week after the warranty ran out the phone died. It will not charge it will not show any signs of life. Nothing like throwing $200+ down the drain. I would not recommend this product.

Seller request a return which is very bad and I am not happy with the order at all

When l got the phone l was hoping l’d made the right decision but it didn’t take long to know l did. I can do everything that I could on my previous Apple IPhone and l had it for 6 years.

I have bought 2 of these for my daughters and they have been great. I was wondering about battery and it seems fine so far.

I was doubtful about buying it or not for my daughter coz it's refurbished.but so far it has not given any problem.

I ordered 2 unlocked iPhones and received them quickly and both are already being used. I could not be happier with my purchase . Love Best Buy!!!

Am returning it or exchange if possible. Phone batter is not good.

The phone was a gift, so I had it wrapped for 3 weeks before it was opened and used. It stopped working after 3 weeks, taking it past the warranty period. Needless to say, after many years of buying all of my appliances, computers and cell phones from Best Buy, I have made my last purchase.

It said it was unlocked. I tried to put my Metro SIM card in it and it di not work
