    The phone was almost like new with minor scratches on screen and some minor dents but microphone was complete dead! Good price phone with major glitch!!!

    The battery life is just 81%. We need to start thinking in a battery replacement very soon, and we got the phone less than one month ago. Not happy with the purchase.

    I bought this only because it is advertised as unlocked and I needed a temporary phone since my screen broke has pieces of the screen glass coming out. It did not work with my Verizon carrier chip and the manager told me that was the exception when I asked about T-Mobile he said it was also an exception. However, he didn’t know I had tried it before with someone else’s sim and it had worked. So, I returned it and still had to pay a $45 fee for a product that did not work as advertised. Waste of my money and I wish I could give zero stars for the incompetent manager

    This phone came with TONS, not minimal scratches. The battery died at 50%, restarts constantly, and cannot charge straight for more than 5 minutes.
