I hate this phone

I am trying to exchange it for a Samsung Android which appears to be a copy because the serial number was invalid when I tried to activate it. So now I have to go to the store and hope I don't get charged 2 re-stocking fees. I am stuck with this awful iPhone because I need a phone until this gets resolved. And I can't talk to real people on the phone because your customer service SUCKS! How's that for a review????
