I will never Buy a pre-owned on Best Buy The phone not work

Really slow phone I wouldn’t recommend this phone.

It’s not cool, compared to iPhones 11 Pro this is not great

Bought thinking it was unlocked, only works on sprint & at&t

They charge me for a phone that I got and it was already broken

Never buy pre-owned phone. I would never recommend to anyone.

Screen started glitching within a month of purchase.

The phone looked fine but it was slow and glitchy.

Great condition for a pre-owned phone. Battery life is less than new phone, but that's to be expected.

At first I was a little skeptical about buying the phone after looking at some reviews but turns out it wasn't bad. recently ordered one and the delivery was a week early! which was great because I was really excited. When I opened the box I found it in good shape it had a few scratches but they were barely noticable. I think it was worth the buy the price is reasonable and has 256gb.

This is a very good phone for $229, with it's clear display, and lots of features it's a good phone for the money. The really bad part about older Apple products like this is the newer software updates really put wear on the battery in my experience. An iPhone SE is a better bang for your buck if you can pay $170 (and if you're lucky $120) more than a iPhone 7 with the newer processor and better battery.

Got locked out of phone required to spend money to get the phone maybe reactivated for repair. Not worth it figured out how to reset through Apple. Reset to factory data however identified my correct email. When attempting to reactivate phone showed my current email. I tried to go into to apple online sign in support. When attempting to reset Apple identify the current accurate email it stated couldn't locate to reset password. Very disgusted a complete waist of my time and money.

I bought this used iPhone 7 as a replacement for one that my wife lost. She has been using it for about a month. So far it's working fine. The phone arrived in very good condition with no scratches or visible damage.

For a 4 year old phone it holds up very well. Speed will not be an issue but battery life may, on my iPhone 7 I could only squeeze about 2 hours out of my battery in a day, I would charge it about 3 times in a day. it is able to play games like among us and Minecraft more than fine and the touch id is INSANELY fast compared to face id. I loved my 7 and used it for 3 years before I upgraded and the biggest reason I did was my battery.
