This phone is easy to use very userfriendly but the battery life is absolutely horrible since day one. It dies twice a day. It dies at one in the afternoon then again at around eight. Sometimes it dies three times a day at midnight.

This is the first time I have ever left a review. But at this price and then the amount of dissatisfaction of this product I felt I had to leave a review! I purchased this iPhone 7 on August the 4th 2018. It would not connect to cellular service. It had the no service issue. Took it back to Best Buy for tech help. It turned out to be defective. So we exchanged for another because it was within the 14 day return policy I should have just got refund and moved on. But we exchanged for another iPhone 7 . Big mistake. It took a few days to receive replacement phone. Now approximately 45 days later this phone has stopped working. No sound when answering incoming calls or out going sound. You cannot hear or be heard in calls. FaceTime also has stopped working. Everything else appears to work normally. Called bestbuy, they have no return option for these phones that they are selling past the 14 day window. The warranty is by CCR. You have to contact them and then they issue RMA and you have to send the phone to them to examine and then they will determine if you are responsible for defect in their product. I recommend taking lots of photos before sending it in. Then they will send out replacement. This will be the third phone in a little over 2 months. Huge hassle for very little savings. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these phones. Question I have is why are these so faulty? Is the reviews on this pre owned iPhone 7 phone actually for the pre owned phones or are they just iPhone 7 reviews? They are getting 4.2 stars at the time of this review. I find that very hard to believe. If it’s just for iPhone 7 then that would be very deceptive. Perhaps people that have left reviews for the iPhone 7 could check to see if their reviews are being used here on preowned phones? I will wait and see how this latest re-return goes. If it works out I will leave an updated review. The first iPhone 7 was a model a1660 which is known for a No Service issue. This second one is a model a1700’s series. Waiting for RMA. It takes 2 business days. Then 3 to 5 for return after they receive defective phone. Looking at not having a phone for at least a week. Most likely longer. So 10 days so far total no phone and only 2 months in. Some CCR warranty’s are only good for 60 or 90 days. Look closly. On this IPhone it was for a full year. But that was at a premium price point.

Anything Apple is great this one is my favorite color

I bought the IPhone 7 to replace my husband’s IPhone 6. He had no problem setting up the new IPhone 7.

Great phone. It arrived sooner than expected and I haven’t had any problems yet. I would definitely recommend!

Don't buy this device please. The device was recalled, and BestBuy will NOT help you. If you already bought the device contact apple. They will fix the phone for free due to the recall. The fact that BestBuy knowingly sells a recalled defective phone advertised as (Excellent) is very upsetting.

I am happily surprised with this phone. It is in excellent condition.

I like this phone better than the new ones I would recommend to my friends

I am a student and needed to get a new phone. After a lot of research, I decided to get a refurbished iPhone 7. I have had the iPhone 7 for about a month now and absolutely love it. It has a long battery life; I can go almost all day without needing to charge my phone. Also the sound quality and touch screen are like new. Great purchase.

The phone would not register my SIM card and I will have to return it and wait on a refund to my card then wait on another phone to pick up. Such a hassle!

Iphones are the best. I'll never own any other brand of phone it was pre used but no wear and tear on it

I got this phone for my son, to use while he’s in the school bus. Battery die within 2 hours

Phone goes into panic mode and I can’t use it. It loses service and it says I have to completely wipe my phone. I’ve tried that and it still doesn’t work. Sadly I am past the 14 day refund period so now I’m stuck with a horrible broken phone. Wouldn’t recommend. Do not buy!!! If I could give it zero stars I would.

I bought this phone on October 2020. I needed my parents to have a reliable phone but could not afford a brand new phone. When I saw the opportunity of buying this used phone I thought it was a great thing. Unfortunately, it did not take even three months and the phone is out of commission. Very unhappy to have spent the money on this and not have anywhere to look back for a refund or anything.

The phone was locked when I got it. I bought the unlocked phone to use outside of US but when I tried to use it, it said it was locked by a carrier. Was a disappointment.
