good for a replacement when you are under contract

although the phone is several years old, it works perfectly for me. so happy you had one available. when ready for an upgrade, I will head directly to Best Buy for the goods!

This phone worked as advertised! Would recommend purchasing! Had the perfect amount of storage I needed. It wasn’t to small for me. Just the right size.

Bought this for my son to replace his old iPhone that broke and he loves it, works great and I should have gotten two, one for my other son too. I was a bit hesitant because it was used but so far no problems and he’s had it for a month.

Hi I like my iPhone 7. It is a really good phone. I went to Kroger to buy a Best Buy gift card so I can get fuel points at Kroger. I bought my iPhone 7 online at Best Buy. It was on sale. 169.99 a good price. I picked the color gold because I like the color gold. It has 128 gb which I like that is faster. This phone was sold out for the price and gb. I didn’t want to spend alot on a phone now. Good phone even if it is a iPhone 7.

Just should has headphones included but is good phone

I realize this is a used product, but the battery life of this phone is absolutely atrocious. For battery health being listed at 86%, I was expecting battery life at least close to that of a new phone, but I could literally burn through my whole battery with 3 hours of normal usage. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

Needed a quick cost-effective phone and gave this a shot. The phone came in near perfect condition and worked as if it was brand new and unopened.

I originally bought the iPhone 6s but had to give it back because of the bad battery. I went ahead and decided to pay the money for the 7 and it was worth every penny.

I was very skeptical about buying a refurbished/preowned phone but I am very pleased with the device! It's in excellent condition just like it said and works perfect.

The phone arrived with an unrefurbished battery - it had 81% maximum capacity, when for a pre-owned I'd assume they would replace the battery for a new one.

Phone is great but came with a poor battery, Best Buy should’ve put a new one in before selling even tho certified pre owned, I changed the battery abs it’s good as new

Cell phone was in excellent condition as described also everything works. Charger is not apple product besides that phone is great!!

This refurbished phone came with a battery health of 83%, so it runs low quickly. I thought refurbished mean like new.

First, the phone that arrived had a bad battery. The control panel in the phone stated that the battery was in need of being replaced. When I visited the Geek Squad at a local Best Buy, the Geek Squad employee told me I'd have to shell out $50 to have the battery replaced and that a bad battery was an inherent risk in buying a refurbished phone. The phone also had some minor scratching on the side, which I was not pleased with but would have been happy to overlook if everything else was up to snuff. The bigger issue: I have cell coverage through Cricket. The product page stated that the phone was "unlocked" and would be compatible with Cricket. When the phone arrived and I put my old SIM card in it, it worked great for about four days, then without warning it stopped allowing me to place calls, make texts or use data (app's). At first, the phone gave a message that the IOS system needed to be updated, but when I plugged it into my computer, iTunes confirmed that everything was already updated. I took it to the Cricket store, and they confirmed my old SIM card was fine. (I replaced it anyway, and it still didn't fix the iPhone.) Today, I went to the Geek Squad for the second time and was told this is a common problem with iPhone 7's - apparently, one model number of the iPhone 7 (made in China, the U.S. and elsewhere) is just simply a dud, and my phone was one of them. The Geek Squad rep encouraged me to return the phone while I was still in the 15 (!) day return period and buy an iPhone 8. Obviously, I had a bad experience with the phone being compatible with my provider. That said, in fairness I want to point out that I absolutely loved this phone, especially its 256GB spec. For the first time since I owned an iPod Classic, I had a substantial amount of my song library on my phone. if it had been compatible with my cell provider, I would've had this phone for a very long time.

Good phone, but it came more that a week late which is fine but would be better to know it was going to come in 2 weeks rather than one.

My new used phone is in great shape and works well. Used phones are a great way to stay a bit green, and get a great deal. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't hold a charge as long as I would like it to.

Phone was in great condition as described. Easy to set up. Looked and worked just as a new cell phone. I’m very satisfied.

Great used phone for the price, couldn’t have asked for a better deal. Just wish the screen wasn’t scratched as much as it was, but all and all a great purchase.
