Bought a pre-owned device hoping Best Buy would only accept and sell functioning devices. This pre-owned model was not only badly scuffed and scraped but the speakers were defective, you could barely hear it. It was meant to replace an old iPhone SE that had bad water damage and the speakers somehow were in worse shape than those on a phone that fell in water and wasn't full water proof. Returned it and was charged a $45.00 re-stocking, I didn't return it cause I didn't like it, it was defective. Why charge me the re-stocking fee??? Poor experience all around. Would not recommend pre-owned Best Buy cellphones.

The unit arrived two days later than scheduled. However, it was in good shape, and was as advertised. Hopefully it’ll serve me well.

This is by far the worst phone I have ever owned. I have owned refurbished phones before and had no problems. This phone has had glitches from the beginning. Half the screen doesn’t work. It texts as though it had a mind of its own, when I’m not even typing anything. It is terrible and I am stick with it.

The callers can’t hear me well , I have to use my AirPods

I am so sorry for BestBuy i ordered pre owned iphone 7 plus 256G it was damaged scrached ,,poor battery life ,i returned that they charged me 45 dollars for re stocking ,never ever do that again.

It works for now. Haven't had any problems with it just yet.

I got this phone for my mom, she loved it. I have been seeing that the phone charges slow but other than that, everything is good. (For people wondering, it doesn’t come in a iPhone box)

Came in earlier than expected and had little to no blemishes anywhere. Battery isn’t too bad either it can last the whole day under moderate use. I am very satisfied so far worth the try if you’re skeptical

I purchase this phone for a family member to use in Africa and was very pleased to find out she is able to enjoy the phone with no trouble. She loves the camera.

The iphone 7 came in a unknown box and SIM card included with it's packaging. But I have not had any problems with the phone.

I converted to an iPhone from an android so far I’m loving it .I learned some new things from watching lots of videos on TV, great bargain hopefully this phone will last me for many years

I bought an iPhone 7 Plus when they first came out. I accidentally broke it. I chose to replace it with another iPhone 7 Plus. That alone should tell you how much I love this phone!

Excellent phone for anyone on a budget. Battery life can last a whole day with average use. Camera is great with good lighting.

I purchased it of course knowing it was used but didn’t think it would give me so many problems. The phone doesn’t always alert me when I have notifications glitches and I have to constantly turn it on and off not worth the money.
