The iPhone 7 Plus came with a long scratch at the top of the phone. It also wasn’t able to upgrade. I tried upgrading the iOS system and it also wouldn’t allow that as well. The phone was horrible, I had to send it back to Best Buy!

The phone is working very well. I was very unsure about a refurbished phone, but now I am pretty satisfied with this one.

I am satisfied with this device; I just have to know it better since it is my first iphone ever. I must wait for a real opinion of it; so far, it is fantantic!!

Love this phone. You cannot say that it is a Pre Owned phone at all. Works well and now I've had it for close to 8 months. Works fine. Glad I found this at Best Buy.

Bought this phone to replace the 7. The screen is obviously larger but the batter life is surprisingly so much better!!!! Fast, clean, and quick to arrive!

Took a chance with pre-owned, had to replace the battery 2 times in the first year, definitely not worth $475, should have bought directly from Apple

The equipment looks new, but its operation is very poor, it seems that the touch screen does not respond correctly, with few applications installed it becomes very slow, I do not recommend it

from iphone 7 onwards good iphones. previous versions not sure how Apple was able to sell but this is also true i am customer for apple from many years.

I bought this phone for my boyfriend and he enjoys it and the flexibility of not being obligated to a carrier. It did have minor scratches around the frame.

I bought this phone, preowned, to save money....but also needed high picture resolution. I fell it is eqiuvalent to my friend's iphone 10 in that department!

Pretty good for a refurbished phone. The corners are a little banged up but other than that it’s ok

The phone works but it shows in settings it has a damaged battery. Both phones that I purchased say this and they don’t hold a charge for very long.

Scratched screen. This phone was ordered early as a Christmas present. Now I am being told this product received damaged cannot be returned because it has been over 14 days since my order was placed!

Phone works great, never had an issue with phone. Would recommend getting a refurbished phone from best buy. Battery was not an issue.

Battery should of been changed out per Apple support. Their are features not working and have had technical support involved and no resolution. Still not working.

But I can't find my iPhone 13 to your protection warrant the phone is fine

This is my first smart phone. Got it to use for video meeting for work with individual people. Great addition to my work tools.

I like it and its really easy to set up, i did it by myself and finish in just minutes.
