The worst phone ever.... I ordered two iPhone 7 Plus but both doesn’t work just after the end of returnable period... And it’s too expensive though it’s not worthy to buy them...

$300 in the trash over a phone that is advertised as unlocked. Ummmm meaning any carrier...right? Not so actually in the FINE PRINT you’ll see it’s not actually unlocked at all, it can only be activated with: AT&T Cricket T-Mobile Trac Hotspot

DON'T BUY!!! PHONE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A GIFT, COULDN'T GET PASSED THE SETUP, PHONE BLINKS ON AND OFF!!! RIP OFF!

Purchased for grandson for christmas and the cell stopped working the 1st week of February. No longer returnable or covered with repair. Next time I will go to the iPhone store for any iPhone products. It’s sad, now I must spend more money

purchased this phone- Best Buy stated it was renewed, working. when it arrived, none of the audio worked thus was even unable to make a phone call. then we were charged a $45 restocking fee for a product that did not work

The quality is not what I was expecting. The bestbuy employee told me that it is fully unlocked and will work perfectly on my spring network but apparently it was fully unlocked. And it takes forever to charge

The Phone is in very poor cosmetic condition, so many scratch, dents, scratches in the screen. have to pay $35 fee if return.

Only works on gsm networks so it’s not unlocked. And if I return it I loose $45 for a restocking fee on a cellphone that wasn’t described correctly!! So now I’m stuck with a phone I can’t use.

The phone had screeches on the outside and also the speakers and the microphone do not work. I was able to call but I couldn’t hear or be heard. Very disappointed I couldn’t work.

The item does not work. I had to return it to get a refund. Please ensure that items work before you put them on your platform.

Don't buy the product from best buy. It's hassle. Go to Costco, sam's club or other store

I knew it was pre used but It was cracked on the side of it. Should at least been listed on the website that it was cracked.
