I wanted to replace my broken iPhone 7 Plus, and the replacement I got was pretty much brand new. Great quality and has been running well. No complaints. Would buy again.

The phone was in a great condition and said that it was unlocked but based on updated services and systems, Verizon is NOT ABLE to activate this phone. Yes it says unlocked but be sure to check with your provider BEFORE you purchase.

I previously had an iPhone 5C so this was a good upgrade for me. It moves fast. It’s very easy to read or watch anything on it’s large screen, and it runs on the latest IOS so ALL my apps now work!

The fine print of what network this phone was not available on was not very obvious on the mobile app. It was sold as unlocked so I assumed it would work with Verizon. It did not. I returned it today. Major pain in the neck to have to return. Other than that, phone seemed to be in excellent order.

I bought this phone from my daughter and she is very happy, which is much better than the ones she has had. The photos and videos are perfect as the different applications you use are very fast.

For this specific device one of the speaker sound is not working.

I had this phone for over a month and it works great. Only problem is that the volume is not as loud as it supposed to be. But that can always be fixed!!

Great Purchase came with everything as advertised. The phone was in original refurbished condition and the geek squad helped put on a screen protector as well for us.

The battery life is only 79%, it gets extremely hot when charging and doesn’t stay charged for long even when the phone is not in use. I charged it overnight before Christmas since it was a gift and when the receiver opened it and turned it on the battery was in the red. It’s highly annoying that BestBuy is showing that they won’t give me a full refund claiming “battery charge” when the battery is the reason why I’m returning it. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with this purchase.

The phone is supposed to be black, however there is a spot on the sop of the phone that the color has come off and it is gold.

Bought this for my son, do far so good, and it came in early and looks like a new phone, no scratches, it came in with new charger

Bought this for my younger cousin for her birthday and she absolutely loves it! it came in perfect condition. the cables however are not original apple.

Not a knock on apple. Best Buy sold me a refurbished phone with under 80% battery performance.

Good phone if your looking for a big screen this is the phone you should get very sleek got mine in black overall 10/10 for the price and quality:)

It was a great phone but when got it home found out it wouldn’t hook up to Verizon had to return but will get another one in few weeks y’all have great phones and affordable

Works great for the price. Battery life could be better but why complain.
