This Pre-owned iphone 8 was in excellent condition. My storage fills up fast, so the 256 GB Memory was great especially when downloading apps. My only issue was that the photos can't be cropped. Take them as you want them.

I bought this used iPhone 8 for my son for his first phone. It works great. Looks good. He likes the red phone. Was easy to set up with service.

Overall I would trust to buy apple products from Bestbuy nowhere else.

The Apple I Phone 8 is actually what I needed for all my phone needs. I have had no problems with it doing what it was advertised to do.

Read a lot of comments regarding low battery health, scratches, etc. Decided to purchase the 256GB version. So I was surprised to get what appears to be more open box than pre-owned. It is in perfect cosmetic condition, battery health is 99%, etc. Came in the box with original accessories, and a SIM card that I guess provides a short free subscription (didn’t need as I simply used the one from my dying iPhone 6. Can’t say everyone will have my experience buying a ‘used’ phone, but mine was very positive.

I ordered it as a gift. So far, she loves it and can use it to contact someone.

This was a great buy, I had a little trouble connecting my phone but there geek squad helped very quickly! Phone works great!!

I've been an iPhone user for the past 6 years, The description on this one was as "Pre-Owned", however seems like it was refurbished instead and with very cheap materials, the first day that I started using it, the screen and the glass at the back got scratched badly and very easily. Also it came with a battery health of 85%, not sure how good that is. Next time I will make an effort and buy a brand new iphone.
