    The camera is broke all the pictures taken on this phone are blurry the screen shakes most of the time.

    Misrepresented -LIED -about quality of refurbished iphone I bought. Literally started malfunctioning on the 15th day, 1 day after two week return policy. Go to hell Best Buy. Will buy all the tvs, printers, phones, etc I used to buy from you elsewhere - where they don't lie.

    Pre owned was a great deal although we had issues with only being able to listen and speak though Bluetooth or loud speaker option. Overall it did work as an emergency phone that I knew my son would loose in a few months so I guess it served it’s purpose for the 2nonths that he owned it.

    My daughter broke her phone and since the contract was not yet paid off, it was not eligible for an upgrade through our service provider. We bought this one and it works just fine...saved us about $300 too!
