Unfortunately after having the phone for less than a week it had an update, after said update the phone went black! We took it in to the Geek Squad, they tested it and concluded it was the motherboard.....needless to say I ended up returnig the phone all together because to get a different one would have taken too long and my daughter needed a phone ASAP. Very disappointed trying to get an inexpensive alternative to a new iPhone.

The phone is sold by a 3rd party and best buy does not provide any guarantee or support. I experienced issues with mine and when i took it to the store i was flat-out told to contact 3rd party seller and deal with them.

It’s came with original box clean and everything work , I love it nice phone, good price.

I bought this for my dad and he’s not tech savvy and doesn’t use the camera often. When he opened the camera. It was blurry to see. It was broken I guess from the inside and by the time he told me about the issue, it was past the date to return it

Was disappointed with the cheap (Not Apple) charger.

I know the used phones doesn’t have perfect battery but during the time I received it it went from 70% to 30% In less than 1 hour while phone was restoring all the transfer data - not going to work out for my teen. So I went to return it thinking refurbished phone doesn’t get restocking fee. I was told that it’s $45 restocking fee so I said let me think about it, but apparently return was already processed, she was just telling me about the fee, there goes $45 - lesson learned. Overall bad experience for me.
