The pre-owned one is a nightmare... You do not know what problem it will have. For my case, I could not start the phone, and when I finally managed to force start it, it turned off regularly. I also checked its battery health when I finally had a chance to open the settings, and it was 88%. Sad! I will not buy a pre-owned next time.

Good quality but claims to be unlocked, however it is unable to be activated on a sprint network so I paid for a wifi device. Very frustrating. Also the battery life is very poor.

Was told it was an unlocked phone and would work with US Cellular. It did not, the only thing good is they took it back with no hassles.

The battery is not good and the charging cable and the adapter was not OEM and the charging cable was faulty. Phone was not charging with it.

This unit malfunctions & camera is sketchy & hold button is failing which is WHY I ordered this unit! Need to return for credit & no RE stocking

The phone is beautiful and all that stuff, but it does not have an original charger, I have trouble with the screen, it has problems on the system and it is something unbelievable after paying 350 dlls to be dealing with those problems

I looked online for fixes & now too late to send back for a replacement (2 week window only). Any advice would be welcome.

Received as promised. In like new condition. Was simple to setup. Basically just moved the SIM card.

I purchased a unlocked I phone 8 and I’m very happy with my purchase. I was able to use the phone with my carrier with no problem.

Refurbished doesn’t mean working. The phone won’t hold a charge the max battery life is 50%upon receiving. My options from Best Buy, pay $45 restocking fee to return or pay $50 to the Geek Squad to replace the battery. I paid $250 for the non chargeable phone.
