Maybe it's my age but my older Samsung was just fine for what we needed and was easy to mover around in. This phone tends to hide all it's feature in so many non-intuitive areas. And just when you think you've finally got it setup the way you like it, something else seems to change and you don't know why. The only great feature is that I can now interact with my Imac and transfer files and pictures easily. Would never have changed if they weren't getting ready to kill 3G support for our old phones.
