Although a used item, they would noy let me open the box to see the condition of the phone! The battery had a lifespan of 74% so, the battery was not replaced! I don't think it's worth buying used but this was for a friend overseas!

Preowned phone works great! No scratches and came with a charger. Just wish it came with the fast charging block. Maybe not meant for this iPhone model, idk. Anywho, overall better than expected.

Very satisfied looks like new, bummer it doesn't come with headphones. Battery life good. Would definitely recommend buying refurbished from best buy to friends and family.

Bought it for a trade in to get an iphone 12. Turned on and served its purpose. The phone looked brand new and there were no scratches on the body or the screen. Amazing condition for a 5-6 year old phone.

Just as advertised. Perfect outward appearance and good performance so far. Charged up quickly and, or course easy to transfer data from the old iphone 6 to this refurbished iphone 8. Altogether pleased.

My screen had a few scratches out of the box and the phone is rose gold, not gold. Otherwise it works just fine. Also Best Buy should not say they sell unlocked phones if they do not. Unlocked phones do not lock to a carrier after being activated, they can be moved around.

This I phone was returned due to it not being compatible to are to are Provider. It was very reasonable for the price .

Love this phone for my baby girl. She uses it in the house and she is 7 brought it for her on Christmas. Good phone good quality.

Purchased for my Son, arrived quickly and packaged well. Phone is in great condition with very little signs of wear and tear. Just the normal marks you would expect with a used handset. Battery at 92% Capacity

The bottom speakers do not work on this phone. Just going to deal with it as is because the price was ok and the shipping was fast. A compromise for sure. Might not risk a refurbished phone in the future.

My son needed a replacement after he dropped his phone when we went fishing in the ocean and there was no way we were going to dive into the ocean to retrieve it. I was surprised that his iPhone 8 still showed the location as the in the ocean until it lost charge and died. Fast forward to not wanting to break the bank so I went to Best Buy found this beauty and was pleasantly surprised in the amazing shape it arrived in. No issues with the phone although I must admit it would have been nice if the charging cable and cube were OEM but can't complain it was worth the cost instead buying a new one.

Everything is amazing overall but the battery has been severely depleted to 76% might have to get a new phone so soon
