    I bought this phone for my younger sister. The phone works but when it arrived it was constantly turning off by itself. But we did get it fixed and it works perfectly now.

    It should come with a new battery, charge the price of the battery but don't make people go looking for parts...is annoying

    Had my 7Plus die and needed a replacement right away... was interested in the 13pro but none available.... was not ready to commit to 13 so Best Buy had an Iphone 8 preowned so I purchased and placed the sim and had my phone back... Could not restore phone...forgot my password.. (see other review) In the end returned the phone and got the Iphone 13--- because 64gb was not enough memmory Good phone and good deal beside that if it had more memmory would have kept

    First iPhone and I love it the camera quality is really accurate and screen is the perfect size I received a rose gold iPhone when I picked gold because rose gold was sold out I got it anyways
