It’s an iPhone works as anyone would expect was in decent refurbished condition

Purchased for my Son, arrived quickly and packaged well. Phone is in great condition with very little signs of wear and tear. Just the normal marks you would expect with a used handset. Battery at 92% Capacity

Got the phone in excellent condition, and I was very surprised to see the battery life was 99%!

First version of the "Pre Owned iPhone", not so great. Within an hour of being home, the phone's earpiece volume was quite dampened. Point of fact, this IS NOT Best Buy's problem, it is the the Certified Pre-owned manufacturers for NOT having a basic check on "the volume" from the Apple Company in it's 101 basic checklist. Great news, I brought it back to Best Buy at the original store and they couldn't be more helpful, contrite and wonderful in the replacement/exchange process. THIS IS SERVICE, this is why you go to a REAL store and in the end are 100% Satisfied With Your Purchase. PERIOD!!!

I purchased this used phone and so far so good. It was unlocked as noted. It was easy to transfer to my current phone carrier. The only thing i dont like with Best Buy is that $45 fee if something was to be wrong and have to return it.

Love it. This is my first smart phone (at age 64) so my wife refused to pay $700 plus for a new one! My daughter set it all up for me and I have had zero problems!!!

It’s not bad, battery is good. I don’t see anything that is wrong and not bad for a certified pre owned phone.
