    Pickup was disappointing No number to call when you get to parking location Down loaded app because sign said to use app to let store know your there to pic up Didn’t work Finally had to walk up to door and request my purchase.

    I spent $450 on this phone, and when it came in, the face plate was scratched up, almost like someone had used steel wool on the glass. There was one very deep cut that I'm sure will never come out of the glass. I thought that refurbished phones were supposed to be in the best condition possible?
