I spent $450 on this phone, and when it came in, the face plate was scratched up, almost like someone had used steel wool on the glass. There was one very deep cut that I'm sure will never come out of the glass. I thought that refurbished phones were supposed to be in the best condition possible?

This sent without problems. I was emailed with updates and time it would be delivered. Phone was clean and new looking. In a nice best buy box with cord.

Bought it for my stepdad and he loves it!! It was used and nothing was wrong! Wish the sent an actual iPhone charger but other than that it’s good!!

Thought when I would open it it would have had some scratches or even small dents . When I opened the box it looked like a brand new phone.

This phone works great, it is just what I was expecting. The only down fall was that there was no protection plan offered.

Disappointed with the battery charge life. Pictures aren't saved to the phone. We bought a refurbished phone before this one; and it was great.
