    Other than some minor scratches, the phone was fine. The biggest issue is that the charger was not included in the box as indicated both on box and in the listing. It was a gift for my son’s b-day and by the time I gave it to him, the return window has passed. I chatted with a rep who said that he couldn’t help and to visit a store. What could the store do that he couldn’t?!?! I bought it online, nothing to do with my local store.

    phone works, however gets very very hot quickly, especially when charging, and does not hold a charge longer than 1-2 hours, even after charging all night. not worth it. go through Amazon where you have longer guarantee (90 days) if the phone doesn't work. Best buy only gives 2 weeks.

    Phone arrived in great condition. It only had one small scratch at the top but that is covered by phone case. Very pleased with condition and product overall.

    Excellent Phone almost looks Brand New, Apple ID is a little difficult to get signed on. Very strict on passwords! Very fast and responsive for a little phone. Quick Finger print check, Love my Iphone 8 and Forget about the Iphone x, this is way better!

    It’s an iPhone 8 with a steep discount, but unlike certified products these have cosmetic blemishes so buyer beware. Mine had 2 long but thin scratches on the display
