Charger did not work; phone not compatible

In-store customer service was friendly, and returns were relatively easy. Negative: Charger did not work. Phone was not compatible with Xfinity wireless service. This was the second IPhone ordered from Best Buy. Earlier IPhone - a 7 model - was not compatible with Xfinity service because it was configured only for certain networks, although the description on BB website did not state this compatibility issue. In short, I ordered two pre-owned phones from Best Buy, and neither was sufficiently compatible or in working condition to use with Xfinity mobile service.

So factor in another $60 in the cost of this phone

Best Buy saves the day with used unlocked phones!

I looked with my phone carrier but, I have a prepaid plan so they have limited options - with this unlocked phone, I was able to slide my SIM card in and it booted right up. Plus, I was able to get it on curbside pickup which made the process feel very safe.

Perfect for mom-in-law

This met her needs and was a great price.
