It is a great phone and paid for!! The guy who helped us , phone is for my grandaughter, was super helpful and made sure we got the very best phone with the budget we had to work with! Thank you Best Buy !! Thank you even more to the guy who helped us !!

Got it for my son. No complaints except the screen being very scratched.

I bought this used phone. It didn't have any issues as such. battery works well.

So there were a few problems I had with the phone. When I first got it there was no sim key in the box and it was in the bottom of the box so that could have ended bad but. It really is an upgrade from my Motorola, but it does have a few scratches

Phone was in good condition with minor scratches and fair battery life left. However, the Penelope screws are sticking out of the bottom of the phone as if they are loose or to long.

We were nervous about buying used, but it works great!

Phone is just like new no scratches and new battery. Everything appears to work - wifi, cameras microphones. Comes with a year warranty which is something you do not get with most refurbished phones unless you get it directly from Apple. I will definitely buy a refurbished phone again from bestbuy.

Worst thing I have ever bought ! I DO NOT recommend buying this . It was delivered to me on February 6th . No scratches , breaks or anything on the phone itself but however the battery health only held 88% . Mind you I bought this phone due my phone before this having battery issues , it wouldn’t hold a charge or anything so I’m NOT impressed with it . I had to go to the store and buy another phone yet again on the 14th . If you’re looking for an iPhone I suggest goin into Best Buy to purchase not ordering online .
