The phone arrived 3 days earlier than expected. You can tell that the phone has been used because there’s minor but minimal scratches on the screen and on the back. This is a Christmas present so I haven’t done much with it except turn it on to see if it works and it turns on fine. I’ll probably update this review in a month.

Takes nice videos which is why we got it. Haven't hooked up with a calling plan yet.

As advertised, this was an unlocked, factory reset iPhone 8. It's just what we needed for our daughter starting school. Best Buy is great to work with. My local store didn't have one in stock, but they got it for me. Great people.

The phones works great and is free from anyone’s iCloud, but the battery was in service mode and I had to replace it.

It was easy to pick out a phone and the pickup process was easy.

Bought this phone for my Grandma. She had a crappy Android. So i wanted her to feel more up to date so she can do more things. She’s slowly catching the hang of using the iPhone . Also came with a SIM card and charger no headphones . Bought a outterbox case from Best Buy also .

It was nice to order online and being able to grab it after work the same day. Everything went well and it was easy. The pre-owned cellphone worked like a brand new.

Phone was not a good refurbished product. But that is the risk you take when buying one. It got hot and the battery was terrible 3 months in but it still worked just had to constantly charge. Now it completely shut down and I am unbale to get it fixed. My 6 yr old is upset but she doesn't need a brand new phone at her age. Looks like I will have to do this all over again.

So far so good. My husband doesn’t want to upgrade to the newest phone. He still want the one with the button on the bottom. So I look on Best Buy website and found this refurbished iPhone 8. So he went from a 6 to 8. He seems to like it very well. It is just like new.

Was sold this refurbished iPhone 8, without being warned that it would be obsolete 8 days after purchase. It drops calls and has terrible battery life, due to obsolescence. Apparently, you have only 12 days to return, unlike the 14 days that is stated on the receipt. RIPOFF!

Seems to work fine. Just wanted a phone for my son to call me after school

Battery life was only 70% so phone was basically junk. Needed constant recharging & was unreliable without an external power bank. Got lucky & traded in on iphone13. Noway of knowing beforehand the battery life.
