Very helpful staff from the start of visit to the ending thanks a lot

The phones works great and is free from anyone’s iCloud, but the battery was in service mode and I had to replace it.

Was a great phone they had in stock, at our local Best Buy. My daughters iPhone 12 broke and didn’t have the money to replace it so opted for the 8, and it’s a rad little thing!!

Camera freezing occurs. Installed iOS twice, issue still there. Did lots of googling and settings, still not fixed. Lost activation fee, and cost for the accessories bought, plus one week of upsets and unhappy wife. Good part is that return is unexpected easy in store.

Product was in good condition as said it was unlocked just stuck another phones sim in and it worked.

Decent phone a little small & seems delicate better get a case.

Phone was not a good refurbished product. But that is the risk you take when buying one. It got hot and the battery was terrible 3 months in but it still worked just had to constantly charge. Now it completely shut down and I am unbale to get it fixed. My 6 yr old is upset but she doesn't need a brand new phone at her age. Looks like I will have to do this all over again.

Was sold this refurbished iPhone 8, without being warned that it would be obsolete 8 days after purchase. It drops calls and has terrible battery life, due to obsolescence. Apparently, you have only 12 days to return, unlike the 14 days that is stated on the receipt. RIPOFF!

Battery capacity is 84 my kid had device for few weeks now still is same capacity. All functions seem to be working and in good physical condition.

Nothing amazing. It is an older version. Needed this phone for Apple watch.
