Good Temporary Phone

It was a temporary 30 day phone that was eventually being traded in. Got an IPhone 13 Max for $120 plus th cost of this phone. So $300 for a new and better iPhone.

The glass had a large scratch on it

I returned the phone to the store as instructed by the in store customer service agent who told me I could do an even exchange on another phone, which was not the case, I returned the phone and was charged a $45 restocking fee. I contacted customer support and was told that the restocking fee should have been waived because the item was damaged. I have heard nothing since form anyone. I closed out my best buy card and will never make another purchase with best buy.
