The phone is good, but the screen has significant scratches that are distracting. The price should have been 299 instead of 399.

Bought this phone back in November as a gift , took it out of the states three weeks in started Turing off and freezing , had to take it to a technician it was the battery . By then the phone cost me more then If would of bought the same one at apple store , don’t recommend buying a refurbished product from Best Buy ,
