    I bought this pre-own iPhone, the battery doesn’t last no more than 30 mins of life battery and I’m not exaggerating, I’m definitely taking it back .

    The back camera has a defect so the camera will shake all the time so I can't take a picture. I tried resolving this issue at best buy but they keep turning me down. If possible, when you read this, can you reach out to me to make an appointment to resolve this but with no charge because I receive this phone like that and struggle with my class but the need to take picture is not possible.
