    This one had a bad battery and still had a carrier on it which didn’t let sprint activate but Best Buy refunded me right away. I had to buy a more expensive one because it was a Christmas present. But the more expensive one worked great

    Refurbished, the battery would not charge sometimes, finally got to the point it wouldn’t charge at all. I ended up throwing it away. I wouldn’t recommend buying a refurbished phone at all.

    The Phone is not working properly. The touch screen, centre button is not working and hang very frequently. Battery life is very poor and phone gets heat.

    The battery drains really fast. After a 30 min call the life of the battery is at 20%.

    came in a generic, "smartphone vevice" box that was damaged. charger is not from apple, it's a "box gear" generic brand. No headphones. extremely disappointed! Not worth it to pay $300 when you can pay just a few more dollars for the brand new apple SE (2020) ! the phone is in rough condition and has hairs trapped as if it has been worked on and put back together. will never buy pre-owned.....will rather pay for original products...watch out to because there's a restock fee if not satisfy and $45.00 will be deducted from purchased price.
