not original apple package, charger. damaged phone

No headphones. extremely disappointed! Not worth it to pay $300 when you can pay just a few more dollars for the brand new apple SE (2020) ! the phone is in rough condition and has hairs trapped as if it has been worked on and put back together. will never buy pre-owned.....will rather pay for original products...watch out to because there's a restock fee if not satisfy and $45.00 will be deducted from purchased price.

Bad battery

The phone was advertised as refurbished but that was very misleading

Disappointed

Plus I was told it was a new iPhone, but it was refurbished. So now I’m going to lose $45 because I’ve got to go to an 8+ I cannot do at my age the smaller phone.

The phone was scratched badly and a little grimy. I was expecting slightly better quality. Some wear and tear would have been ok. This looked like someone took a sander to it.
