Money down the drain. The phone is trash and too late to return. Do NOT purchase used phone. I guess the Geek Squad slipping, big time, I don’t have money to waste. Very dissatisfied!!! At least extend return period to 30days. SMH

Terrible experience

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I understand this is a refurbished item however is not cheap and the conditions received were awful with several scratches on the screen then I want to have the screen replaced at the geek squad and this was denied since the screen was not broken and only scratched, I never ask for a free repair or warranty I was ready to pay a full price for this repair but it was denied Overall I don’t like this experience
