Phone is hanging mic is bad battery drain faster color is faded I don’t know how to return it

I received the phone within a few days. The only problem is that it was defective. Screen would not turn on.

I bought this for my little sis in Pakistan. I asked the employee and I told him this phone has to be unlocked and he said it is. He did not let me open the box to try it. I send her the phone and she saying phone is not unlocked and there is a big fee to get it unlocked. I’m not satisfied,

Phone glitches while trying to use hotspot. I wouldn’t recommend no one buying a used phone

This phone looks new but you have to use the speaker only.

This phone goes in and out when I’m talking. Also sometimes when I type certain letters (2) d and a. and one number doesn’t Always work. Number nine I understand this was refurbished, however these are serious issues. They didn’t happen until aftercare the two weeks that I could return the phone.

This is probably a great phone but Sprint/T-Mobile is no longer able to activate it due to their conversion to 5G. Unfortunately neither Best Buy or T-Mobile could make it work. So we are hoping to return it since we, Best Buy and T-Mobile foresaw this problem.

No battery life. The phone dies within hours. Bummer.

When I got the phone it wasn’t the phone shown in the picture and the phone was already had a small crack on the screen.

The screen has noticeable internal scratches. Should of been a replaced screen. Truly Disappointing.

So i can't rate it because Sprint/Tmobile couldn't activate it. I had to return it!

did not tell me that you did not have sims card for it. returned it the next day. You need better help

I bought this iPhone for my sister based on reliability of Apple phone since I owe one myself for years but was very disappointed. There is no word to describe all the flaws of this phone. Phone will turn blank by itself- incoming calls no showing names but just numbers - no record of Incoming calls at all. Very disappointed since I could not return it. Deadline was yesterday.

Defect in phone. Returned due to camera deficiency and maybe outdated.

The phone is nice but is dropping my calls all the time and it's restarting, at times i have no control over the phone. I am really dissatisfy with this phone. I love apple products but I hope that they come up with a fix. I did hear bad things about iPhone 8 and I didn't believe it, but it is worst and the siren on it comes on and you actually think there's an emergency.

I ordered this phone for myself because I saw the image and though it was a good offer. The image showed an iphone 8 Plus, but in reality what I got was an iPhone 8. Besides I did come with many dents on the sides, and I don't want to return because I will be charged and $45 fee.

Not what I wanted it was going to be a Mother’s Day gift for my mom but it wasn’t what I was expecting.
