The phone is very slow and lags all the time. It definitely should not be sold since it is none operational at this point.

Ive returned this product in Aurora store. I purchased this unit by mistake and my phone froze and before i knew it was purchased. I didnt want this unit. It was return as unopened to Aurora store. I cannot comment on this unit.

I’ve only bought open box or preowned from Best Buy, one Sony home surround sound, it had a huge dent. And now this phone which was returnable for like a week and now it doesn’t work.

Phone came scratched up, but I overlooked it for the “preowned” condition. However the device is NOT unlocked as advertised and is virtually useless! Will be returning as soon as I have time to drive over an hr to the nearest store.

Could find order a store for a long time and a couple weeks later went to use camera on phone and it only takes selfies stores are closed because of COVID19 and can’t get anyone by phone or web site did 3 out of 4 fixes per web but still doesn’t work

Does not connect to T-Mobile network. I've taken it to two T-Mobile stores, and had a ticket open with Sprint tech support. Everyone is stumped. This phone just won't connect to any cell service.

I purchased this but had to return per Apple support 3 days later as the battery was only at 40 percent

Sorry but that phone was garbage... not a good experience. I Won’t ever trust neither purchase any certified phone from bestbuy. That was a garbage phone. It stopped working after 3 days from the date I purchased it.

It looks like very much used and scratches all over the phone. I never expected this kind of products from Best Buy. The package was not good, none of the items in the package was clean and I don’t suggest pre-owned phone to anyone.

Works very slow not as fast as my other phone. Didn’t realize that different iphones Work slower than others Especially when charging

The phone is in good condition but you Can’t hear unless on speaker

I bought this for a friend it was a Christmas gift but I never expected to receive this item in an insignificant box without headphones and original box , I understand this is used but this comes with a damaged box .

It says it’s unlocked but it won’t let me hook it up to my service I’m not happy with this phone

Once I got home and tried to use the phone no one can hear me. I bought the phone in a different state so now I have to drive 3 hours to return it. I am not sure I would buy from Best Buy again.

I was given a phone with internal software issues that can’t be fixed

Phone gets "stuck" and has to be shut off then back on a few times a day. Now it's not taking a charge any more. In just a month of owning it and paying 100's for it! Waste of money

never buying anything refurbished again. The mic on the phone didn’t work and then the local store gave me a hard time returning it

I ordered an iPhone 8 plus and Received an 8! And when I returned it I was treated very rudely Was made to wait in a long line even thou I had made an appointment and charged a restocking fee! Very upset!

It’s not good and I don’t like it because the screen have scratch and the Store doesn’t want to change it . I want to the store at three time and a store give me a hard time
