The phone battery does not maintain the battery and does not accept many wireless companies as I tried it with google fi and the equipment was not able to maintain the signao

The delivery and customer service was fast the phone is great.

Phone was battered - and battery wouldn't hold a charge. Was charged $149 for the phone! I was able to return it 30 minutes later after 3rd party inspection and amount paid was credited to a gift card. Buyer beware

Disappointing experience. Phone arrived but was defective (battery would not charge). Easy to return but Best Buy charged $45 as we opened the box. Ridiculous.

Apparently they do not get new batteries… i bought to take overseas as I travel monthly… it only lasts about two hours before needing charged.

The phone starting cutting off the 2nd day . Wouldn't charge...I had to have emergency surgery and was unable to return...

The phone locked me out by changing my passcode after setting it up. Smh now I have a security lock and have to get it unlocked thru a computer. It’s seems like the phone locks you out and that is what was wrong with it. Why sell it?

Volume is low, can’t hear, can’t hear while talking

Ordered gold version of phone, came only gsm unlocked, unable to use on most major carriers. Assured it was a mistake, ordered red phone and it came also only gsm unlocked. Now have almost $800 in pending returns, and no time left to order the right one in time for Christmas. Best Buy,you just lost all of my future business to Amazon. Enjoy obsolescence...

My cellphone use is pretty straightforward and I did NOT want any of the 13s, 14s, etc all my kids rave about. This is serving my needs; Best Buy tech took care of a few setup things for me - she was so quick and good! -

Just like the 6s I had before this, audibles seldom function. You had better have bionic ears to hear because you probably will not understand anything caller is saying otherwise. You have to turn speaker on which is annoying to everyone around you. Besides that, it’s alright.

Doesn’t work as expected!barely hear during conversation and is crackling from time to time.Gave it time,to see if it was cell service or the phone.when I try to exchange it.customer service said it was to late.unreasonable I would say!

Phone malfunctions, glitches and freezes the screen often

Junk two days after turning on screen went black won’t go back on and I cannot return it

Bought this phone to upgrade my moms old 6S n she enjoys it. Saved me a lot of money getting a used phone n she’s older so she prefers having the home button.

So far, zero complaints. It's worked well and was easy to swap the card over to my current carrier.
