battery isnt the greatest but other then that its been a great phone for my teen(shes not picky though) no cosmetic issues, and runs smoothly.

I pickup the iPhone and it was in very good condition even with case that it came in was broken. But the phone itself had no scratches or anything like that it was used.

Battery die fast overall it better than no phone and cheaper than a newer model.Next day pick up was better than waiting a week.no cracks or marks.

This refurbished phone was as good as new!! The battery health was 100% and not a single scratch or scuff on it! With a Tracfone BYOP SIM kit, which I purchased from Best Buy also, I was able move my daughter from her failing iPhone 6 to this phone in a matter of minutes! We use the Verizon network through Tracfone and the phone works great! In the future I will be purchasing my refurbished phones here.

I bought this phone for my niece and she loves the device. So happy so far. The phone takes nice pictures and wonderful colors. I would buy again refurbished devices from Best Buy.

Excellent The Iphone 8 looks like new, works very well

It works, I mean no much to it yeah the battery life was at 80 but I guess it comes with age

This pre-owned iPhone is like new when I received it. The transfer from iPhone 7 to this iPhone 8 is as easy as it does and no problem. As mentioned , it's like new, and I can't see any scratches on the screen nor the back of the phone. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I needed to get a newer phone and didn't want to spend a lot & settled on getting an iPhone 8 which was within my budget and was surprised to see Best Buy had them in stock at a store close by as I didn't want to buy it online. I was happy with the ease of buying, no trying to up-sell me on a newer phone. Just had a good buying experience and the iPhone itself? Well the old phone was a 4S so was definitely an upgrade.

Good price especially since it’s unlocked. It’s a great investment. Product is in good condition. It also came with a charger. It didn’t come in an Apple box and the charger it came with wasn’t an Apple charger. I’m using this phone as my business phone. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase.
