The phone was only set up for use yesterday, but I had a iPhone se previously and i enjoy the ease of use. I would like to say, Diane, the Tech at Best Buy in Patchogue who set up my phone, was above WONDERFUL. She was polite, Professional, Understanding, and Knowledgeable. Lovely young lady!

The Apple iPhone SE was in great condition and it was easy to transfer all my data to from my old 5SE

It was a birthday gift for my son, he has enjoyed it and grateful… because sometimes when you buy like amazon you may not get what you want. Great price and delivery was on time.

I needed this as an "emergency backup" camera for long-form video shoots. I decided to return it because I needed one with larger storage capacity. But it worked as advertised. Battery could last longer.

I owned this same phone previously and really liked it, and was looking to replace it. Best Buy offered the most competitive price for the phone, and it was packaged very well. I did not have any issues getting it "up and running" with my carrier (XFinity Mobile), and I have been using it now for nearly a month without any problems whatsoever - great purchase!

Pre-owned Iphone SE was purchased and definitely in Excellent condition. No scratches on screen or back case. Just know it showed on website and so after being told by multiple associates it was not available. I showed them and made my purchase.

Great price great phone works like new also being a member allows me to return it without 60 days so if it starts to mess up because of the refurbished option I picked I can always return it and I was able to save money and get the refurbished phone confidently because of then extended return period

Bought this to replace the exact same phone that had a graphics issue. Decided to go with pre-owned since we were mid cycle on the one that died. Phone looked great and has performed perfectly since we got it. The OS was several revs back and this manifested as an inability to get past the country option screen. I tried several things but the only way I could get past the screen to get the updates loaded was a hard connection to my MacBook Pro.

I have no complaints and phone was ready and available as advertised.

I already had an SE 2nd gen and I tried to get it fixed at Best Buy, but it had some water damage so they couldn’t fix it and it was just cheaper to buy this used phone than to drive to an Apple Store to have it fixed. I just wanted to use it as a media player, like the iPod touch. When I got the phone home and set it up, I found that the battery was really degraded and needed to be replaced, and of course I hadn’t thought of getting the protection plan when I bought it in store. I later went back to try to either get the plan or trade it for a different one, and the employee who had sold me the phone said that all of the phones are likely going to need repair and I was also told by the SAME employee that sold the phone to me and offered a protection plan, that protection plans aren’t offered on used phones, and when I claimed that a service rep on the website said they were, she simply said that she has sold many used phones and protection plans have never been offered on them. I then asked to get a quote on the battery replacement ($59) and she also said it would take 1-4 weeks (my trip was in less than two) and she couldn’t promise when it would be ready since they don’t do it in store but in some facility somewhere else. So I just got the battery replaced at a nearby Batteries+Bulbs. Idk if this is just an issue with this store or not, but I feel kind of scammed. The phone works great, but the fact that the “refurbished” phone wasn’t actually refurbished is just false advertising. I’m going to keep the phone, but I think that buying a used phone might be safer to do from eBay or Apple themselves.

Works perfectly and for the price it is a great starter phone!

It’s cheap, light. Its not the best and most durable, but it’s got what I need for an iOS device. But the battery can drain pretty quickly so don’t forget to have a battery on you.
