Very nice I’ve been enjoying it since I got it very happy customer

I already had an SE 2nd gen and I tried to get it fixed at Best Buy, but it had some water damage so they couldn’t fix it and it was just cheaper to buy this used phone than to drive to an Apple Store to have it fixed. I just wanted to use it as a media player, like the iPod touch. When I got the phone home and set it up, I found that the battery was really degraded and needed to be replaced, and of course I hadn’t thought of getting the protection plan when I bought it in store. I later went back to try to either get the plan or trade it for a different one, and the employee who had sold me the phone said that all of the phones are likely going to need repair and I was also told by the SAME employee that sold the phone to me and offered a protection plan, that protection plans aren’t offered on used phones, and when I claimed that a service rep on the website said they were, she simply said that she has sold many used phones and protection plans have never been offered on them. I then asked to get a quote on the battery replacement ($59) and she also said it would take 1-4 weeks (my trip was in less than two) and she couldn’t promise when it would be ready since they don’t do it in store but in some facility somewhere else. So I just got the battery replaced at a nearby Batteries+Bulbs. Idk if this is just an issue with this store or not, but I feel kind of scammed. The phone works great, but the fact that the “refurbished” phone wasn’t actually refurbished is just false advertising. I’m going to keep the phone, but I think that buying a used phone might be safer to do from eBay or Apple themselves.

My son broke his new phone we got him so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money replacing it. This phone is PERFECT! You would never know it was pre owned!! So happy with it. Would absolutely buy a refurbished phone from Best Buy again!

The phone was only set up for use yesterday, but I had a iPhone se previously and i enjoy the ease of use. I would like to say, Diane, the Tech at Best Buy in Patchogue who set up my phone, was above WONDERFUL. She was polite, Professional, Understanding, and Knowledgeable. Lovely young lady!

Was in great condition, easy to set up. Better than expected.

Although I was locked out of my phone shortly after I purchased it… the price and value of the phone was worth it to me. Still navigating how to unlocked the unlocked device however when I’m able to unlock it it’s one less phone I have to worry about paying off.

Bought this to replace the exact same phone that had a graphics issue. Decided to go with pre-owned since we were mid cycle on the one that died. Phone looked great and has performed perfectly since we got it. The OS was several revs back and this manifested as an inability to get past the country option screen. I tried several things but the only way I could get past the screen to get the updates loaded was a hard connection to my MacBook Pro.

I ordered this re-furbished IPhone as I needed one for work - nothing fancy. I was very pleasantly surprised when it came without any blemishes whatsoever and 100% battery capacity, despite the description saying that scratches may be present and they onky guaranteed 80% battery capacity with a refurbished product.

Phone works perfectly and price was affordable. Definitely will purchase again

Easy process phone was as advertised working great.

It’s cheap, light. Its not the best and most durable, but it’s got what I need for an iOS device. But the battery can drain pretty quickly so don’t forget to have a battery on you.

Phone is in excellent condition. It replaces the older model SE that was stolen by the porch pirate who attacked me for verbally confronting him about not stealing from a neighbor's porch in July.

an android user but bought this from Best Buy as a second phone to monitor my kids' apple products and i have to say it's been easy to use and light. Its a great phone with a lot of feature and great battery life.

Product was in great condition and worked great and looked exactly how pictured.
